We are excited to announce the opening of the Guided Waters Counseling office within our own location as a way to further expand on full-body health and wellness.  Heather Allen, a fully licensed clinical social worker in both CO and NC, focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.  She helps identify unhelpful thinking patterns while also exploring how the body holds and responds to stress.  Please come visit her space if you are interested in insight and considering lasting change.
