Our Story
Freedom was built for people like us.
When Ben and I started Freedom Longevity & Wellness, we weren’t trying to create some exclusive wellness club or high-end recovery lounge. Our goal was much simpler: make powerful recovery and wellness therapies available to everyday people.
For a long time, many of the therapies we offer today were only accessible to elite athletes, celebrities, or people who could afford expensive wellness facilities.
And during Ben’s time in the military, tools like these simply didn’t exist in the way they do today. If they had — and if they had been affordable — things might have looked very different for a lot of service members.
That realization stuck with us.
When we started building Freedom, we knew we wanted to do things differently.
Instead of creating something exclusive, we wanted to create something inclusive — a place where people could come in, take care of their bodies, reset their minds, and feel supported in their health journey.
Freedom was designed to give people access to tools that support the body’s natural ability to recover and heal.
Some people walk through our doors dealing with chronic pain or inflammation.
Some are recovering from injuries.
Some are burned out, stressed, or just need a mental reset.
And some people simply want to take better care of themselves.
Whatever brings someone here, our mission is the same:
Help people feel better.
Better physically.
Better mentally.
Better emotionally.
Over time, Freedom has become more than just the therapies we offer.
It has become a community — a place where people feel welcomed, supported, and respected no matter where they are in their wellness journey.
As a veteran-owned business, service is part of our foundation. That mindset carries into everything we do — from how we care for our members to the way we show up for our community.
Freedom was built with intention, and it continues to grow because of the people who walk through our doors every day.
And we’re honored to be part of that journey.
