💙 Inside Freedom: What’s Happening in March

Spring energy, smart recovery, and healing that actually sticks.

A Note From Freedom

March is all about resetting and rebuilding.

As we move out of winter and into spring, this is the season where many bodies start asking for more. More movement, more activity, more consistency. At Freedom, our goal is to help you meet that season feeling supported, not sore, inflamed, or burnt out.

This month we’re leaning into recovery that helps your body heal, adapt, and feel ready for what’s next.

🍀 March Focus: Healing, Circulation & Spring Reset

March brings longer days, busier schedules, spring sports, and renewed motivation but also increased stress on the body.

This month we’re focusing on:

  • Reducing lingering inflammation

  • Improving circulation

  • Supporting healing at the cellular level

  • Helping the nervous system shift out of stress mode

And yes—we’re also having a little fun along the way ☘️

✨ March Events at Freedom

🌿 March 14 – Booty Yoga (Glow / Blacklight Edition)

Recovery starts at 4:30–5:00 PM | Booty Yoga at 6:00 PM

Start with a guided recovery session to prep the body, then move into an energizing blacklight workout. Restore first. Move second. That’s how we do it at Freedom.

🏆 March 28 – Coach Appreciation Day

FULL Recovery Session

We’re celebrating the coaches who give so much to their teams and communities. This day is all about rest, recovery, and gratitude because taking care of others starts with taking care of yourself.

🧠 Stack Spotlight:

The Healing Stack

The Healing Stack Includes:
• 20 min PEMF Therapy
• 45 min Infrared Sauna
• 20 min Red Light Therapy
• 10 min Vibe-X

Why it works:
This stack helps calm inflammation, improve circulation, support healing at the cellular level, and reset your nervous system so your body can actually recover instead of staying stuck in fight-or-flight.

Ideal for:

  • Chronic aches and stiffness

  • Joint discomfort

  • High stress or poor sleep

  • Post-workout or post-workday recovery

🔥 Modality Highlight: Infrared Sauna

The Infrared sauna uses gentle, penetrating heat to warm the body from the inside out without the extreme temperatures of traditional saunas.

Benefits include:
• Improved circulation and blood flow
• Reduced joint and muscle stiffness
• Support for detoxification through sweat
• Relief from chronic aches and inflammation
• Relaxation of the nervous system
• Better recovery after workouts or long days

Many of our members over 40 notice improved mobility, better sleep, and less daily discomfort when infrared sauna is used consistently.

Think of it as movement without impact and recovery your body actually responds to.

🍀 A Little St. Patrick’s Day Reminder

This month, don’t just chase luck support your health intentionally.

Consistent recovery is one of the best ways to stay active, energized, and feeling good long-term.
